At Lumbini Buddhist University

Served a period as Acting Vice Chancellor of Lumbini Buddhist University. Published the Vision Plan for Lumbini Buddhist University (Vol. 1, No. 1), a strategic document for institutional development.

Completed doctoral research in Buddhist Studies at Lumbini Buddhist University, the institution where he had spent the preceding years in academic and administrative service, with thesis focused on Applied Buddhism and the educational practices of the Buddhist era.

Took charge of the Office of the Registrar. At the time, LBU had eleven affiliated campuses, an examinations backlog stretching back three semesters, and almost no functioning student records system. He served three consecutive terms in the role over the following decade, overseeing examinations, accreditation, records management, and the conversion of paper files into digital systems.

Promoted to Lecturer and became a frontliner in the development of Applied Buddhism programmes at the university. Contributed to the design of the Faculty's master's curriculum, working alongside both monastic and lay scholars.

Joined the Faculty of Buddhist Studies at LBU, a federal university in Lumbini Province dedicated to Buddhist scholarship across Mahayana, Theravada, and Vajrayana traditions. Began teaching and graduate supervision that would continue for more than a decade.
